Job Title: Budget and Cost Analyst

Val Technologies, Inc is looking for a Budget and Cost Analyst to work at 6665 Doolittle Avenue, Riverside, CA 92503

Job Duties:

- Prepare operating budgets for the company.

- Analyze various trends affecting budget needs.

- Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.

- Prepare regular and special budget reports.

- Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.

- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.

- Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.

- Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.

- Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods.

- Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives.

- Study the supply chain and suppliers to determine the cost of products.

- Combine the data with the data from marketing and sales department.

- Produce cost report.

- Supply additional information to the management in the aspect of the company outlay.

- Participate in risk analysis to determine the company risk exposure.

- Contributing cost data, which is to be combined with risk data, to determine the price.

Qualifications:

Master degree in Accounting or Finance.
